Event Reservation Information

Time & Schedule

  • All events must be scheduled two weeks in advance at a minimum.
  • Parties are scheduled in two hour shifts.
  • You may arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled time to decorate and set up for your party.
  • With five minutes left in your scheduled party time, the attendant will blow a whistle to call children out of the play structure. At this time, children and other guests should gather their things and exit in a timely manner.
  • As children are leaving, the attendant will also begin clearing and resetting party area. Remember to remove gifts, food, decorations and other personal items.
  • In keeping with these practices and past experience, we suggest the following party schedule:
  • Arrive 15 minutes before your party start time to prepare your designated party area.
  • As guests arrive, begin the party with 30 minutes of play time in the play structure.
  • 30 minutes into the party, gather kids  for cake and presents.
  • Finish your party with play time in the play structure or with whatever other activities you have.

Seating and Decorations

  • Two six-foot tables with benches. 
  • Multiple bistro tables.
  • Various other benches.
  • Shoe cubbies. 
  • Counter area with sink and drinking fountain. 
  • One Birthday Party throne.


Please Note:

  • Only blue painter’s tape is allowed when hanging signs, balloons and other decorations.
  • Scotch tape, duct tape and other kinds of tape are not allowed. 
  • The maximum capacity is 50 people.

Party Hosts

  • Event hosts are responsible for preparing the party area for you to set up, calling kids when it is time for gifts, etc., and at the party end time, clearing the party area at the appropriate time.
  • Event hosts may assist with other needs as requested.
  • Event hosts are not expected to resolve major grievances. However, if you have comments or questions they can pass them along to a supervisor.

Food, Beverages & Supplies

  • Parties may bring in their own food.
  • Alcohol in any form is prohibited.
  • No paper products or serving utensils are available.

Age Restrictions

  • The play structure is for children ages three to eleven years of age.
  • The Tot Lot area for children three of age and under.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • No deposit is required.
  • Full payment is required at the time of reservation. 
  • Cancellations prior to two weeks before the event receive a fee refund. Cancellations less than two weeks before the event will not receive a refund.
